Junior Business Controller

Your future team:

You will be a part of Controlling Services. Our continuously growing department is reaching nearly 30 professionals who handle a range of commercial and factory controlling tasks. By combining high-quality data with modern tools and technology, we support colleagues around the world. On a daily basis in this role you will work closely with two peers in Poznań and with the controlling team in Cigacice.

What you will be doing:

At the beginning you will be involved in preparation and execution of costing for selected product categories, allowing you to learn the specifics of our Rockfon branded products.

We expect that you will develop together with the expansion of the role, taking responsibility for costing of more complex projects.

As our future teammate you will:

  • Cooperate with local Factory controllers, Production and Supply Chain departments,

  • Create new products specifications and maintain master data in SAP,

  • Execute product costing and maintain standard costs in SAP,

  • Calculate and maintain transfer prices.

What you bring:

  • Readiness for regular travelling (on average 1-2 days per month, mainly to our factory located in Cigacice)

  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting, controlling and financial analysis/reporting (Master degree in Accounting, Economics or related fields)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel;

  • Analytical skills;

  • Collaborative attitude;

  • Good command of Polish and English, both written and spoken;

  • SAP knowledge and material master data experience would be an asset;

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position will be an asset.
