As Territory Beauty Manager, you will be the driving force behind Dyson’s beauty category performance across your region. You’ll lead a team of Stylists, ensure excellence in execution across retail environments, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone passionate about premium beauty, ready to take ownership of a dynamic territory, and eager to grow into strategic leadership.
Based in Madrid, you will travel extensively (up to 90%) across your territory to ensure consistent field presence, team engagement, and operational excellence.
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales growth and brand visibility across your territory, identifying opportunities through sell-out data and market trends.
Develop and execute short-term action plans to boost performance in underperforming areas.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Marketing, and Finance to align on strategy and execution.
Manage regional budget and report on ROI for in-store initiatives and traffic-driving activities. 
 
Retail Activation & Advocacy
Lead the planning and execution of retail activation strategies that drive footfall, increase conversion, and elevate brand presence.
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to design and implement impactful campaigns tailored to local market dynamics.
Identify market opportunities and consumer trends to propose activation plans that reinforce Dyson’s premium positioning and drive commercial results.
Build strong relationships with retail partners to co-develop marketing materials, in-store assets, and event concepts aligned with Dyson’s brand guidelines.
Ensure excellence in execution for all Dyson displays, product presentation, and visual merchandising, maintaining consistency across retailers.
Champion brand advocacy by engaging store teams and influencers, delivering training and tools that empower them to represent Dyson confidently.
Monitor campaign performance and activation ROI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Act as a brand ambassador in the field, ensuring Dyson’s beauty category is represented with credibility, innovation, and impact. 
 
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Stylists to deliver premium customer experiences and high-quality demonstrations.
Partner with the Beauty Trainer to implement onboarding, training, and engagement plans.
Conduct regular store visits, 1:1s, and development conversations to foster a high-performance culture.
Manage HR systems and reporting for your team, including holidays, absences, and store visit documentation. 
 
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with National Accounts, Marketing, and Customer Marketing to support strategic retailer partnerships.
Lead and support retailer events, ensuring clear ROI and brand alignment.
Attend monthly field meetings and quarterly business reviews, including overnight stays as required. 
 
Previous work experience in premium beauty or haircare field management (area or territory level).
Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
Has proven experience in driving store traffic and executing retail activations.
Is highly organized, analytical, and confident using sales data to drive decisions.
Communicates effectively across all levels, both internally and externally.
Is proactive, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Has excellent planning and time management skills, with a flexible mindset.
Is fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. 
 
Note: This role requires flexibility to attend evening/weekend events and travel across the territory, including overnight stays.
