What will you be doing?

You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Performance Manager & Improver for Supply Chain & Logistics of the Final Assembly Lines (FAL) in Hamburg and can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Develop internal department performance management

  • Identify areas of improvement & define actions to improve

  • This will imply data analysis (eg use of Skywise)

  • You will learn about the A/C assembly process & Supply Chain & Logistics

  • You will interact with various stakeholders in the department, the FAL & the overall Airbus Supply Chain & Logistics

Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotation on a different mission.

At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player as Performance Manager & Improver.

What we look for?

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

- A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study

- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Supply Chain & Logistics OR Industrial Management

- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English) & local language (German)

- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

- Specific experience or interests: Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Production.
