Job Responsibilities:
Manager (Serve as the main liaison between product, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bank’s technology systems.
Ensuring performance, availability, and regulatory compliance.
Leads implementation of cybersecurity controls aligned with standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
Manages incident response and remediation, and coordinates internal/external audits. Supports tech implementation projects, access management, policy development, vendor oversight, and SLA monitoring.
Ensure transparent communication on progress, blockers, and outcomes.
Translate complex technical or regulatory constraints into actionable delivery plans. Build strong partnerships with vendors, API partners, and regulatory teams.
Project management ( Lead multiple Scrum teams through all stages of the agile lifecycle, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value increments.
Establish and maintain project timelines, sprint cadence, and KPIs aligned with strategic goals. Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, balancing delivery speed with regulatory compliance and quality).
Consulting Devops/agile (Coach teams in Agile best practices, fostering continuous improvement and accountability).
Job Knowledge and Skills:
Proven experience delivering online banking, onboarding, or payments platforms. As well as project/program management (Scrum Master/PM) and consultant/SOFIPO.
Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory environments (e.g., KYC, AML).
Years of Experience:
3 a 5+ years of experience as a Manager or Agile Delivery Lead in digital transformation or fintech projects.
Education:
Bachelor: Information Technology, Systems, Finance, or related fields.
Expert in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks (SAFe or LeSS is a plus). Devops, Fintch, SOFIPO deseable MBA.
Specific Course/Certifications:
Certified Agile (CSM, PSM); PMP or Agile Coach certification is a plus. Desirable Financial Certifications (ACCA, CFA, CMA)
