We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. To co-lead and manage a complex transition and modernization initiative, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The mission is to establish a scalable, high-performance operating model enabled by AI, driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

Main Responsibilities

Define the project scope, roadmap, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead the transition and ramp-up plan, ensuring continuity, minimal disruption, and clear ownership transfer.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget, and communication flows.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and cross-team dependencies, ensuring proactive escalation and resolution.
Track project progress and performance against defined milestones and KPIs.
Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, engagement, and clarity of responsibilities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment of expectations.
Coordinate activities between product, delivery, architecture, and enablement streams.
Drive the adoption of AI-first practices within the delivery lifecycle, promoting automation and data-driven decision-making.
Participate in the recruiting and onboarding process, ensuring the selection and ramp-up of high-performing team members.
Manage project resources efficiently, balancing priorities and ensuring optimal utilization.
Facilitate issue resolution and conflict management with a focus on outcomes.
Conduct retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions to promote a culture of improvement.
Support team members’ career growth through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
Control project financials through established governance, reporting, and forecasting practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience leading transformation or modernization initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven experience managing risks, dependencies, and complex stakeholder landscapes.
Ability to hire, ramp up, and develop new teams in fast-paced environments.
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect delivery execution to business outcomes.
Experience applying AI or automation in delivery processes is a strong plus.
Availability to travel when required for workshops, transitions, or customer engagements.
Fluent English (mandatory).
