We are looking for a SharePoint Developer to join our team and help enhance our existing SharePoint site with new, modern, and engaging features. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital collaboration platforms, has deep experience with SharePoint development and integration, and enjoys creating dynamic, user-friendly intranet experiences. You’ll be working in a collaborative, multicultural environment focused on innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining new functionalities and custom components in SharePoint Online, ensuring the platform supports business needs.This includes proposing technical solutions, implementing custom web parts, integrating Microsoft 365 services, automating deployments, and maintaining consistency between staging and production environments.You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define standards and ensure best practices in SharePoint and modern web development are applied.
Requirements for this challenge:
Solid experience in SharePoint Online and Modern Experience, including:SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development (React, TypeScript, Node.js)PnP libraries and REST APIsSite customization, content management, and permissions administration Some proficiency in front-end development: HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience developing custom SharePoint components, such as:
- Hero Carousels and Highlighted Content displays
- Site Activity and Popular Content analytics
- Event countdowns and personalized banners
- Document/page preview hover cards“Save for Later” and “Continue where you left off” features
- Discussion forums integrated with Teams channels
- AI/Chatbot assistant integrations
Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for SharePoint solutions, including: Automated deployments via Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsComparing and synchronizing content/configuration between staging and production sites
Advanced English – ability to present and validate solutions with international clients
You will stand out if you have:
Experience with PowerShell (PnP PowerShell, CSOM) for SharePoint provisioning, configuration, and content migration
Experience integrating SharePoint with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, Graph API
Experience with C# for building automation scripts or backend components interacting with SharePoint Online
Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) for workflow automation and custom forms
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and RESTful integrations
Experience with branding and UI/UX customization (Fluent UI, responsive design, themes)
Experience with SharePoint Governance and Information Architecture best practices
Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-700, or equivalent)
Experience with performance, accessibility, and security validationKnowledge of tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
