Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Implementation
Oversee and assist in the execution of IT-related project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Collaborate with other departments to identify needs, define requirements, and determine the best technical approach to meet project objectives.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project components.
Monitor and document project milestones, deliverables, and status updates.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between IT and other departments to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and escalate issues where necessary.
Identify appropriate contacts and resources for cross-departmental initiatives to ensure successful project completion.
Support communication of progress and dependencies to stakeholders.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular updates to IT Managers regarding project status, friction points, and proposed solutions.
Understand and align with IT roadmaps defined by management.
Proactively identify potential trouble points or risks and propose preventive measures before they impact project timelines.
Technical Support & Collaboration
Work alongside the Helpdesk team in a minor to moderate support capacity, assisting with escalated issues when project-related.
Provide direction and coordination as approved by IT Managers to ensure effective project resolution.
Assist in network infrastructure support, troubleshooting software issues, and basic systems maintenance.
Budget Awareness
Maintain a basic understanding of equipment, hardware, and software costs to help projects remain within budgetary constraints.
Support cost tracking and procurement processes under the supervision of IT management.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
0–2 years of experience in IT support, systems coordination, or project-based work.
Exposure to network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and software systems preferred.
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, and endpoint management.
Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and common business applications.
Ability to document, communicate, and track tasks using tools such as Microsoft Project, Teams, or SharePoint.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Analytical thinker with an eye for identifying potential risks or inefficiencies.
Team-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently when required.
Comfortable interacting with personnel across multiple business functions.

Compensation
Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
