This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and effective time management. The Reporting Specialist will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions align with evolving business needs and contribute to continuous service improvement. The Reporting Specialist will be working in flexible
shifts Monday to Friday starting at 8:00 or 9:00 AM (occasionally required to align with US business availability).

What will you be doing?

As our ITSM Reporting Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our data strategy. You’ll work across multiple reporting platforms to deliver insights that drive service excellence and support strategic decision-making.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models using multiple data sources
  • Automate data refreshes and report distribution, ensuring performance and scalability
  • Monitor data accuracy and compliance with internal policies
  • Collaborate with ITSM leadership and teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Support Power BI users and reporting backups across the organisation
  • Create documentation for self-service reporting and promote reporting best practices

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a trusted partner in data-driven decision-making. You’ll need to be proactive, precise and collaborative, with a strong grasp of reporting tools and ITSM principles.
  • Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query and data modelling, plus strong Excel (including VBA) and ServiceNow reporting experience
  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to detect anomalies and ensure data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills in English, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management principles; ITIL knowledge is a plus
