Position Purpose: Assists with the overall resource master schedule and managing the staff capacity planning for project and change initiatives. Assists in identifying resources based on the skill set required and track current resource demand to resolve resource dependencies.
- Engages with Business Relationship Managers, Product Management, and other key stakeholders to manage incoming resource demand
- Track and analyze resource demand data to identify trends, provide forecasts to leadership and identify skill gaps (current and future)
- Measure forecast accuracy and aid in root cause analysis behind forecast variances; aid in lessons learned and corrective actions
- Captures and maintain a comprehensive demand pipeline view, accurately prepare forecasts and budgets for resources
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to (re-) prioritize resource demand pipeline
- Coordinates and consolidates demands and change management requests across business units
- Provides input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes
- Facilitates development of resource pools with required skills (training) to support long term IT goals
- Provides support in identifying correct skills and technology capabilities required to support delivery of projects
- Ensures engagement of staff on projects based on skills, experience, and project needs
- Ensures staffing requirements for the organization are up to date and supports recruitment of talent
- Monitors staff utilization and provide reports to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 – 4 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills:
- One or more of the following skills are desired.
- Experience with one or more of the following Agile Testing; Project Management; Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Soft Skills:
- Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
- Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Intermediate - Ability to work independently
Pay Range: $73,800.00 - $132,700.00 per year
