  • Drive planning, coordination, and execution of implementation, system integration testing, UAT, and production deployment activities

  • Monitor project performance continuously tracking progress, controlling costs, assuring quality, and proactively managing risks and changes

  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, programme management office (PMO), business stakeholders, IT departments, and external vendors/partners

  • Chair and facilitate regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and Change Control Board sessions to ensure transparency and decision-making efficiency

  • Align project deliverables with overarching business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise IT architecture standards

  • Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, balancing competing demands in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Proficient in using project and portfolio management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and the broader Microsoft Office suite

  • Formal certifications strongly preferred: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM/PSM), CSP, or SAFe Agilist

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken); German or Spanish language skills are advantageous

  • Proven leadership abilities with strong organisational acumen, emotional intelligence, and team motivation capabilities

  • High personal ownership, resilience under pressure, and adaptability in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments

  • Unwavering commitment to integrity, operational excellence, and client-centric values

  • A collaborative, hands-on professional with a proactive mindset and a strong “can-do” attitude
