About the role 
As an IT Intern, you will support the IT department by assisting with day-to-day technical tasks and projects. This role provides hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems, and supporting network operations. You will collaborate with IT professionals to learn about IT infrastructure, user support, and technology solutions that help the organization run smoothly. 
What you will do 
  • Support the maintenance and availability of critical systems, including the Front Office management system (PMS), call accounting, high-speed internet (HSIA), PABX, and food & beverage point-of-sale systems. 
  • Collaborate in creating, updating, and maintaining IT user procedures and documentation. 
  • Assist in system administration tasks: managing user and group accounts, configuring access permissions, and resolving login and access issues. 
  • Provide technical support for hardware usage and help users become familiar with it. 
  • Monitor server performance, perform operating system updates, and troubleshoot technical failures. 
  • Work closely with the IT team, learning Four Seasons’ standards and procedures to ensure IT quality and security.
