We’re looking for an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our global network infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with hands-on execution across wired and wireless networks, audiovisual systems, and office expansion projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our global workforce stays connected, secure, and supported through reliable and scalable network solutions.
If you thrive in a collaborative, people-first environment and value humility, humor, self-awareness, and quality, you’ll feel right at home here. We’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable optimizing network performance and troubleshooting complex issues as they are contributing to AV design standards or supporting new office build-outs.
Network Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy secure, scalable LAN/WAN and wireless solutions across global offices.
Maintenance & Operations: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and access controls in alignment with security and compliance standards.
AV & Collaboration Support: Support and maintain AV systems and conferencing technology for hybrid meetings and corporate events.
Office Expansion Projects: Partner with Workplace and IT teams to plan and execute network infrastructure for new offices and expansions.
Monitoring & Optimization: Use tools such as Logic Monitor, Aruba Dashboard, or equivalent platforms to monitor performance, identify issues, and improve reliability.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with endpoint, collaboration, and security teams to ensure seamless technology integration and user experience.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure, install, and support networking and AV hardware.
You’ll have a direct impact on the performance, reliability, and scalability of our global IT infrastructure.
We prioritize thoughtful, data-driven decisions and encourage innovation through experimentation.
Our team values humor, honesty, and collaboration, creating a culture where you can be yourself and do your best work.
We support continuous learning and growth with opportunities to explore new technologies and expand your technical skill set.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or infrastructure operations, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
Technical Skills:
Core Networking: A deep and demonstrable understanding of fundamental networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing/switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
Hardware Platforms: Hands-on experience with networking platforms from major vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, and/or other equivalent enterprise-grade hardware.
Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with and/or experience in modern networking technologies, including SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS) and Network Monitoring Tools
Security & SaaS: Experience with security platforms and cloud-native solutions, with Netskope experience being a plus.
Collaboration Systems: Working knowledge of AV systems and conferencing technologies (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Neat).
Other Beneficial Skills: Any experience with scripting/automation (e.g., Python, Ansible) or network automation tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Communication: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, particularly in the context of creating and documenting change control procedures.
Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships during the change control process.
