IT Business Analyst

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of IT and Business Enablement Platforms by driving project coordination, agile delivery, and platform support. As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enabling business functions through tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, agile practices, and platform operations while helping shape scalable solutions that support our mission of empowering teams through technology.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and coordinate projects involving IT & QA tools, primarily Atlassian applications (Jira and Confluence).
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support agile delivery as a Scrum Master.
  • Conduct business analysis to gather and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Serve as backup owner for the ITBEP SharePoint site and manage intake tools (SharePoint, Jira, Confluence).
  • Provide support for ad hoc requests from business units and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve platform adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Location: Quezon City
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
  • Shift Schedule: EST business hours (8AM – 5PM)

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project coordination, agile delivery, or business analysis.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
  • Experience supporting IT & QA tools in a business enablement context.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint site administration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
