ISO Certifications Manager

Denmark, Copenhagen, 1098 Full time

Are you a strategic ISO leader with deep audit expertise and the confidence to drive global certification programs across a complex, matrixed organisation?

We are seeking an experienced ISO Certifications Manager to lead the global certification strategy for one of the world’s most dynamic logistics and supply chain organisations. This is not a compliance support role — it is a strategic leadership position requiring deep technical knowledge, stakeholder influence, and the ability to operate independently at a global scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead and harmonise ISO certification programs across multiple business units and geographies (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and others).
  • Serve as the primary interface with external certification bodies, ensuring audit readiness and successful outcomes.
  • Design and implement global audit frameworks, including internal audit programs, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Integrate ISO certification requirements into existing HSSE and operational frameworks, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost optimisation.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across functions, regions, and business units to embed certification requirements into daily operations.
  • Provide strategic insight and leadership on certification trends, risks, and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Success and proven experience in ISO certification leadership, preferably in global or multi-site environments.
  • Proven experience leading external audits and managing relationships with certification bodies.
  • IRCA or equivalent Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 (additional ISO 14001, 45001, 27001 preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to design and implement scalable, efficient certification programs.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and credible in high-stakes discussions.
  • Experience in integrating ISO standards into broader operational and HSSE systems is a strong advantage.

What Success Looks Like:

  • You can hit the ground running with minimal handholding.
  • You bring technical depth and strategic clarity to certification programs.
  • You are comfortable leading from the front — in audits, in stakeholder meetings, and in driving change.
  • You are not just audit-ready — you make others audit-ready.

If you’re ready to lead ISO certification at a global scale and make a measurable impact, we want to hear from you.
