Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Incharge to manage and optimize inventory operations in our automotive warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, streamline inventory processes, and support warehouse efficiency in alignment with company goals.

You will be Responsibile for :

  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels of automotive parts and components.
    • Conducting regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
    • Reconciling physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Coordinating with receiving and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate stock movement.
    • Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems (WMS/ERP).
    • Ensuring proper storage, labeling, and handling of automotive parts.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
    • Maintaining accurate records of stock transactions and adjustments.
    • Supporting internal and external audits with required documentation.
  • Team Coordination:
    • Training and supervising inventory staff on best practices and safety protocols.
    • Collaborating with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identifying and mitigating risks related to inventory loss or damage.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, WMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Knowledge of automotive parts and components.
  • Certification in inventory or warehouse management is a plus.
