What You'll Need:
What You'll Do:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Create and process purchase orders, verify pricing against contracts, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Maintain and update inventory systems, including Lawson and other computerized databases, to reflect current stock.
Oversee 2-bin and mobile supply chain systems, ensuring proper configuration, replenishment, and allocation of supplies.
Coordinate with vendors to establish delivery schedules, handle product issues, and manage credits or exchanges.
Design and organize storeroom layout, including shelf locations and labeling, to support perpetual inventory tracking.
Perform cycle counts and root cause analysis to maintain perpetual inventory accuracy and support physical inventories.
Communicate effectively with nursing, supply chain teams, and purchasing to address inventory concerns and product changes.
Analyze inventory usage and obsolescence, recommend adjustments to par levels, and remove outdated items per guidelines.
Generate and interpret inventory reports, ensuring data integrity and supporting decision-making for inventory control.
