As an Intern in the Molecular Lab Preanalytic Pooling department, you will contribute to our Global Customer Support organization and assist in providing exceptional technical services and impactful solutions. Join a collaborative and dynamic environment where your support will aid critical diagnostic innovations. Your key responsibilities include:
Support the team by contributing to various tasks and collaborative projects.
Develop engaging content for product documentation and training material, including procedures, spare parts imagery and how to videos.
Create instructional videos and other digital media to enhance product documentation and training material.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in content.
You are eager to kickstart your career by applying your knowledge in a dynamic and innovative working environment. With a passion for healthcare and a proactive mindset, you are ready to make meaningful contributions while growing both personally and professionally.
You are currently enrolled in or have completed your Bachelor's studies in Engineering, Life Science, or Medical Technology (expected graduation no earlier than February 2025).
You are a quick learner who thrives in proactive and dynamic settings.
You are reliable, self-driven, and bring a team-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer needs and achieving results.
You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating in an international and diverse environment.
You are fluent in English (German skills are a plus).
The preferred start date for the internship is March 2026, duration: 6 - 12 months. Please state your preferred start date and the desired duration of the internship in your application.
Part-time employment is possible 80% - 100%
If required, it is possible to write a thesis during the internship.
