Internationaler Kundenbetreuer in der Produktion (m/w/d)

IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung eines internationalen konzerninternen Kundenstamms

  • Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und Ableitung von Beschaffungsmaßnahmen und Kapazitätsanpassungen

  • Administrative Versandbearbeitung incl. Zollbearbeitung

  • Schnittstelle zum IT-Bereich, Anwenderunterstützung und Entwicklung/Umsetzung von IT Lösungen

  • Bereichsübergreifende Projektarbeit zur Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen

  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Produktentwicklungsteams

IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä. oder langjährige Tätigkeit in vergleichbaren Aufgaben

  • Sie bringen ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung mit

  • Ihre ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten und IT-Kenntnisse sowie ein technisches Grundverständnis zeichnen Sie aus

  • Zudem arbeiten Sie selbständig, sind durchsetzungsfähig sowie teamfähig

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
