Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full order lifecycle: from preparing quotations and entering sales orders to processing warranty (free-of-charge) orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling inquiries, collecting required information, resolving complaints, and providing regular updates.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and cross-functional departments (Sales Ops, Technical, Logistics) to follow up on order status, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP and Salesforce, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and internal procedures.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish, English and French; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian) are a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in SAP and Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
