Summary:
This role includes building, maintaining, and supporting of test automation frameworks along with manual test activities as required. The individual will also work closely with global teams to coordinate testing efforts and ensure successful execution of test plans. This person should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and have experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
Responsibilities:
• Support test automation framework development and maintenance.
• Execute both manual and automated tests on a regular basis.
• Review and analyze automated test results.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Work closely with global teams to coordinate testing efforts.
• Report progress and risks to manager.
• Help identify root cause of issues identified through testing.
• Work with development team members on reproducing and fixing of bugs.
• Communicate test status and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Java, Python programming language.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright or Postman.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and JMeter.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tool.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
