About the department


At the heart of the International Intermediary Oversight (IIO) Department, Intermediary Financing and Governance (IFG) ensures that every client payment is accurate, timely, and compliant. We lead strategic projects such as system migrations, and intermediary rationalization—all designed to strengthen payment integrity and operational efficiency. By automating processes, improving controls, and staying aligned with regulations and business goals, IFG ensures every payment is accurate and every transaction meets the highest standards. How you will add value


Core Responsibilities

  • You will support calculation and timely release of commission fees to clients.

  • You will assist in validating fee set up with Transfer Agency and Sales teams.

  • You will build knowledge of client types and financial terms.

  • You will identify recurring exceptions and recommend process improvements.

  • You will prepare regular metrics and reports.

  • Assist in building statistical summaries, and trend analyses to support decision-making and performance tracking.


What will help you be successful in this role


Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Enrolled in 3rd–5th year of studies, ideally pursuing a master’s in math, tech or finance field.

  • Available to work 25–30 hours per week.

  • Eager to learn new tools and systems used in financial operations and governance.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros and data analysis tools.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications for
    documentation and reporting.

  • Experienced with AI technologies and eager to learn more.

  • Ability to structure and clean data to support operational processes.


Soft Skills

  • Comfortable working in a global team environment.

  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively.

  • Strong communication skills in English.
