We are seeking an Interim QC Incoming Material Supervisor & QC Responsible Pharmacist to lead and supervise our incoming material sampling and testing activities, ensuring full compliance with Haleon standards and local regulatory requirements. This position is open for 8 months contract.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Handle raw material and packaging material testing and ensure that all required testing has been completed.
  • Direct supervision to ensure that sampling and testing of raw material and packaging material are performed accordingly, in compliant manner and within optimum cost to support day-to-day manufacturing operation.
  • Review of raw material, packaging material, and finished goods laboratory reports prior to release disposition.
  • Review and approve specifications, sampling instructions, test methods, and other quality control procedures related with raw material and packaging material.
  • Actively participate in troubleshooting and atypical/OOS of raw material and packaging material.
  • Approve and monitor all contract-based analyses.
  • Ensure the qualification and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment within the quality control department.
  • Ensure that appropriate validation activities have been carried out.
  • QC Responsible Pharmacist for release or reject of incoming goods in SAP.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Licensed Pharmacist with active STRA.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially in Quality Control.
  • Solid understanding of systems operation, Good Documentation Practices, and Data Integrity.

Ideally, we are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Proven people leadership—respected coach and mentor for lab staff. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of lab-related QMS, Pharmacopeia, safety requirements, and local regulations.
  • Willingness to collaborate and share knowledge across teams and sites.
  • Technical expertise in a broad range of analytical methodologies for API and/or drug product testing.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills.
