We are currently seeking an Business Improvement Manager to support the Managing Director and the Management Team in Norway. This temporary assignment of 9 months offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact business initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
The Business Improvement Manager will play a key role in enabling strategic execution, ensuring operational alignment, and driving cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a highly analytical and structured professional with proven experience in project and change management, capable of operating effectively across multiple business areas.

Candidate Profile
Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations.
Demonstrated expertise in project and change management, with a track record of successful execution.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Fluency in Norwegian and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools in MO365.
