As an Engineer specializing in Siebel CRM Integration Pack for Trade Promotion Management Software you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, running and optimizing our trade promotion management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Siebel CRM and our trade promotion ecosystems, driving operational excellence and enhancing our ability to manage trade promotions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement and operate integration solutions for Siebel CRM and Trade Promotion Management Software.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.

  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the successful deployment of integration solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM integration and trade promotion management.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integration solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Proven track record of 7-10 years customizing and troubleshooting Siebel CRM Integration Pack for Trade Promotion Management Software.

    • Proven experience in building interfaces between Siebel CRM/Oracle DB stack and corporate platforms (Shipments, Payments, Masterdata, Security).

    • Experience in managing Azure infrastructure resources provisioned as IaaS and PaaS at large scale in compliance with the latest industry standards, including security vulnerabilities.

    • Expertise in operating infrastructure in compliance with SOX requirements.

    • Proven expertise in managing business-critical deployments of Siebel CRM for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Oracle for CBP requirements.

    • Experience in successful execution of major and minor version upgrades in Siebel CRM as well as Oracle DB (IaaS).

    • Deep expertise in ITIL processes for managing application/platform/infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS) in an enterprise setup.

    • Preferred working experience with applied Scaled Agile Framework.

    • Experience in best code management and CI/CD practices and tools.

    • Understanding of Trade Promotion Management business (5+ years).

    • Preferred experience with APIM, Boomi, Axway, and SAP PO technology stack for integration to ERP (S4).

    • Strong communication and client management skills for global market and end-user facing engagement.

    • Ability to innovate in the Siebel CRM, Oracle, and Azure ecosystem.

    • Ability to envision and lead technical transformation.
