Coordinates, schedules and inspects the “make-ready” units to ensure vacant apartment homes are returned to market ready status in accordance with Company standards.JOB DESCRIPTION

Housing Discount - This position is eligible for 20% housing discount.
Commission or bonus eligible — average monthly renewal bonus of approximately $450.
Background or Experience in Unit Inspections - Experience in coordinating or conducting unit inspections with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Scheduling & Coordination - Schedule and manage initial, follow-up, and special inspections. Coordinate with property managers, residents, and inspectors to ensure timely completion.
Documentation & Reporting - Prepare and maintain inspection reports, compliance forms, and records. Review and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Compliance & Standards - Monitor failed inspections, initiate corrective actions, and ensure compliance with property standards.
Communication & Liaison - Serve as the main contact for inspectors, vendors, residents, and staff. Communicate inspection results and handle scheduling issues or concerns.
Operational Support - Assist field teams with logistics, coordinate multiple sites, and support pre-inspection meetings or trainings.
Technology & Tools - Use property management and inspection software to log data, track inspections, and generate management reports.
Quality Assurance - Conduct audits, evaluate vendor performance, and recommend process improvements.
Bilingual (Spanish Preferred) - Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively support diverse residents and staff.
The hourly range for this position is $18.27 - $24.00 (Daly City).
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
