The Function

The Digital and Technology team designs, builds and maintains the systems that power Triple Point. They focus on enabling seamless connectivity, security and innovation across the organisation. Their goal is to create tools and platforms that help our people and partners work smarter and deliver exceptional outcomes.

The Team

You’ll be joining Triple Point’s Data Team at a pivotal and exciting time. We’re transforming how data informs decisions and drives value across the business. The team partners with stakeholders across Triple Point to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight - supporting smarter decisions, sharper strategies, and better outcomes for our clients.

The Role

The Insight Analyst plays a pivotal role in translating complex data into actionable insight. This person will analyse performance and trends, turning complex data into clear, compelling stories for a range of audiences.

They will apply analytical thinking and commercial acumen to help teams across Triple Point understand their performance, make data-driven decisions, and drive impactful commercial outcomes. Reporting to the Business Intelligence & Insight Lead, this role bridges the gap between technical data capability and business strategy, ensuring that insight leads to meaningful action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of robust data models and engaging visualisations that drive business performance understanding.
  • Translate data and reporting outputs into clear, actionable insight for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers on the technical aspects of data preparation, modelling, and automation regarding snowflake pipelines.
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to deliver front-end insight that informs decision-making and supports growth.
  • Analyse business performance and identify key drivers, opportunities, and risks.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and BI solutions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and value.
  • Champion the use of data across the business to enable better, evidence-based decisions.
  • Promote and enable self-service insight, leveraging the latest BI/AI technology to bring our colleagues closer to data than ever before.

Competencies

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly and persuasively.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and at least one Business Intelligence (BI) tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or Looker).
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Demonstrable analytical mindset and ability to connect data findings to commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce data, reporting, or integration.
  • Familiarity with ThoughtSpot or Power BI.
  • Exposure to JavaScript for data visualisation or automation use cases.
  • Experience with Snowflake.
