Inside Service Sales Product Specialist

Job Description

Agilent Technologies is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Product Specialist to join our high-performing Services Inside Sales team. This role is dedicated to selling laboratory relocation services—including de-installation, transport, re-installation, and post-move support—primarily through inbound and outbound digital sales channels. You will collaborate closely with Service Account Managers, Project Managers, and internal operations teams to scope, price, and close relocation projects that minimize lab downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities to:

  • Lead sales efforts for lab relocation services across assigned territories.

  • Engage with customers to assess relocation scope, gather technical details, and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotes, manage timelines, and ensure seamless project handoff.

  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.

  • Educate customers on Agilent’s relocation capabilities and value-added services.

  • Partner with marketing and service delivery teams to drive pipeline growth and campaign execution.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives including outbound campaigns, dark asset recovery, and deal expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 4+ years of experience in lab services or technical sales.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Familiarity with lab instrumentation and service contracts is a plus.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least November 10, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $50.52 - $101.03/hr USD in the US, or $100,650.00 - $176,138.00/yr CAD in Canada, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
