Littelfuse Passenger Vehicle Business Unit (PVB) Inside Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth sales process by providing service and support to customers and the outside sales team. The person in this position should be able to close sales and meet targets while building strong relationships with our customers.
This role offers a hybrid work style with few days per week from our office in Kaunas.
Analyze customer needs and prepare accurate price proposals, including follow-ups to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction
Support customers and the outside sales team worldwide by managing inquiries and requests
Handle annual price reviews and ensure pricing accuracy across assigned accounts
Review customer contracts in collaboration with the legal team
Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, finance, and account management teams to align on strategies and meet corporate goals
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the electronics, automotive, or manufacturing industries
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English
Proactive team player with strong attention to detail
Technical background in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field
Experience working with SAP

The salary range for this position is 2500 EUR gross – 2800 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
