Infrastructure Engineer

Are you ready to take your career to the next level?  We are looking for a motivated Infrastructure Engineer to grow and evolve within our dynamic IT Team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Network Engineering. We have a great skill set in routing, switching, troubleshooting, and network device management, and would love to speak with you if you are looking for an opportunity to continue building on your skillset and gain exposure in infrastructure networking within a global organization.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant, equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Cisco networking and IT support
  • 2+ years of experience with Cisco networking concepts, such as routing and switching, network security, cisco technologies, etc.

It would be great if you also have:

  • CCNA Certification
  • Exposure to F5 load balancers and Palo Alto firewalls
  • Data center experience including physical wiring

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Installing and configuring network devices
  • Monitor the infrastructure and applications, ensuring uptime and performance and resolving errors.
  • Supporting wireless and security infrastructure
  • Integrate new standards, specifications, and technologies into existing processes and methodologies. 
  • Managing and resolving tickets
  • Participating in network upgrades and replacements

About the Team

Our team consists of a collaborative group of network professionals focused on maintaining and improving enterprise-level infrastructure. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT support, systems engineers, and security teams. External collaboration may include vendors and service providers. The team is known for its hands-on approach, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous learning.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time, permanent position. Standard working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on project needs. This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in office in Kansas City or Philadelphia.
