Position Purpose:
To lead the revenue-generating side of the Creatives team by overseeing the design and development of client proposals, presentations, and other materials that directly support business growth. This role is responsible for transforming complex information into compelling visual narratives that strengthen client engagement and help secure new opportunities. The Information Design Manager ensures creative quality, brand consistency, and operational efficiency across all proposal-driven and revenue-generating marketing outputs.
Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)
Lead the design and development of proposals, pitch decks, RFPs, and other revenue-generating client materials.
Translate complex business and operational information into clear, visually engaging, and persuasive content.
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to support pursuits, renewals, and client-facing campaigns.
Manage design resources, workflows, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
Maintain alignment with brand standards while continuously elevating visual storytelling and design quality.
Support process improvements and creative innovations that improve efficiency and strengthen win potential.

Knowledge:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in information design, proposal design, or creative roles supporting revenue generation
Experience leading or mentoring designers in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Exposure to business development or marketing functions is preferred.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, and presentation storytelling.
Familiarity with brand systems, proposal design standards, and creative production workflows.
Ability to translate business and technical information into clear, engaging visuals.
Skilled in managing project timelines, delegating tasks, and overseeing multiple creative deliverables simultaneously.
Experienced in conducting design reviews, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring junior designers.
Knowledge of workflow management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar) to coordinate tasks and monitor progress.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present creative concepts and rationale to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
