Gundersen Health System is seeking a RN to work in Nursing Informatics. This salaried position is your opportunity to help us optimize how nursing staff interact with technology to enrich every life- patients, families, and staff.

What you will do:

  • 1.0 Salaried FTE

  • Lead and/or actively participate in the design, implementation, and adoption of informatics solutions

  • Bridge nursing practice with information technology partners to develop efficient and effective technology systems, aligning with system initiatives and priorities

  • Be a leader in facilitation and collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders, ensuring the voices of patient-facing nursing staff are elevated throughout system life-cycles.

  • Hybrid eligible after successful orientation (approximately 20 hours/week working from home and 20 hours/week working on site). Must reside in WI, IA, or MN.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

  • Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college of Nursing or Master’s degree in non-nursing focus with Informatics Nursing Certification through ANCC.  Those without a Master’s degree will be required to obtain a Master’s in Nursing or Non-nursing focus with certification within 5 years of hire.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant RN experience-experience in inpatient/acute care departments preferred

  • Current BLS/CPR

  • RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin
