MaintainX is seeking an Industry Principal to join our growing GTM team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a desire to share their industry and functional expertise with the external community and with internal stakeholders across MaintainX. You’ll be a key voice externally at tradeshows, customer events, on social media and with the press.
You’ll report to the Product Marketing team and work closely with Sales, Product Management, and the broader Marketing team - which includes community, social media, corporate communications and demand generation. This is a high-impact role with room to scale.
What you’ll do:
- Produce industry specific content - including blog posts, videos, ebooks, presentations and eBooks from the perspective of someone who has been there and done that.
- Be a go to spokesperson for MaintainX at conferences, podcasts, webinars, and with the press.
- Provide domain expertise and the voice of our customers to cross-functional stakeholders - including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing
- Monitor and engage in conversations on LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and other social platforms to support our community and respond to feedback in real-time.
- Drive community engagement through meetups, events, and the online community.
- Measure program impact through data and feedback.
- Deliver sales support through providing tools, content, and coaching that improves deal velocity and win rates
- Collaborate with product management, product marketing and executives to influence the product roadmap
What’s you’ll bring:
- 10 + years expertise in maintenance and reliability operations (with at least some experience at a manufacturer).
- Deep familiarity with CMMS and/or Enterprise Asset Management.
- Strong content creation and public speaking skills, with an ability to distill technical topics into easy to understand concepts.
- Willingness to travel (at least 20%).
