An opportunity for Industrial Support Composite Area has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).
Description
We are looking for a professional to join our team in Getafe as an Industrial support engineer in the Composites Manufacturing Area. In this role, you will support the planning, supervision, and execution of manufacturing and processing activities for composite material components in an industrial production environment. You will contribute to process optimization and quality assurance for our aerospace products.
Responsabilities
* Coordinate daily operations in the composites area. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards at all stages of the composites manufacturing process. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams for continuous process improvement, resource optimization, and cost reduction. * Monitor and control production, managing planning and delivery deadlines. * Identify and resolve technical problems related to composites manufacturing, applying effective solutions. * Participate in the training and development of staff under your supervision, promoting best practices and technical knowledge. * Prepare technical and production reports, analyzing data and proposing corrective actions. * Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and methodologies in the field of composite materials.

Languages: Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written). Advanced level of English (B2 or higher) is essential
