We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the expansion of our QO Business across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. The role of Indirect Channel Manager offers a dynamic and diverse scope of responsibilities, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-changing environment, are passionate about delivering exceptional service, and are driven by a purpose to improve lives.
In your new role:
The Indirect Channel Manager will be responsible for driving business goals for the QO business in the Caribbean, developing plans and ensuring financial targets are consistently met. You will effectively manage the indirect business, as well as some direct customers, monitoring performance against targets and enabling the early identification of opportunities and variance analysis.
What you'll be doing in your new role:
Achieves and monitors annual objectives, set in the AOP / Business plan
Identify sources of growth and expansion for the assigned territory to achieve / exceed AOP.
Create business plans, geography plans and product portfolio plans aligned with market reality and business strategy; define objectives and growth plans based on
Annual Operating Plan, historic trends, and future projections
Prepare weekly & monthly sales FCS & instruments/month reports as well as keep SFDC documentation updated
Keep pace with the demands of a rapidly evolving business.
Anticipate issues and synthesizing solutions to provide leadership in such a dynamic category.
Monitor changes and trends of healthcare industry(competitors, channels and government) and identify possible business opportunities and threats.
Communicate and suggest actions to be taken based on these findings, keeping pace with the demands of a rapidly evolving business. Anticipate problems and synthesizing solutions to provide leadership in such a dynamic category.
Builds and promotes strong and lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.
The Individual:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; majors in Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or
Economics are preferred. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
At least three (3) years of experience in distributor management in Caribbean is required.
Healthcare industry experience is required; experience with in Vitro Diagnostics is highly preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
Customer focus. Relationship management skill
Ability to establish positive interpersonal relations and interact with people effectively, work effectively under time pressure and make accurate and assertive decisions accordingly.
Foster an environment of teamwork and communication.
Demonstrate strong analysis, numerical acuity, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
