About the Program

The program is a 24-week-long regional initiative designed to connect qualified, trained professionals with leading employers across the MENA region. Aligning talent development with industry demand bridges the gap between skill and opportunity in today’s fast-evolving digital economy. The Independent Talent Partner is a part-time, contract position. The contract period will run from November 2025 - April 2026.

This initiative creates a seamless bridge between graduates and employers — turning potential into performance, and networks into lasting partnerships.

Your Impact

As an Independent Talent Partner, you’ll play a central role in shaping how employers across MENA access skilled digital talent. You will:

  • Identify employers and hiring managers within your professional network who are looking for data-fluent professionals.
  • Facilitate warm introductions between employers and Correlation One’s Employer Partnerships team.
  • Collaborate with our team to connect the right talent for each opportunity.

Your relationships become the bridge that connects talent to opportunity — and drives measurable workforce growth across the region.


Your Expertise

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or sales.
  • Proven employer network within tech, digital, or adjacent business sectors.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Active presence on LinkedIn or in local professional ecosystems.
  • Cultural fluency across MENA markets and a collaborative, mission-driven mindset.

Preferred:

  • Reputation for credibility, professionalism, and follow-through in managing clients or employer relationships.
  • Experience with training programs, accelerators, or workforce initiatives.
  • Existing client portfolio or recruitment contracts.

Your compensation is performance-based and grows with every successful hire you help facilitate. Each confirmed placement contributes to your earnings, with additional milestone bonuses recognizing consistent impact.
