You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Responsibilities

· Requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather business requirements for the CRM system.

· System configuration: Assist in customizing and configuring the CRM to meet specific business needs and processes.

· Data analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, generate insights, and create reports for decision-making.

· Process improvement: Evaluate and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and customer engagement.

· Testing and support: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and responding to user inquiries.

· Training: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively use the CRM system.

· Reporting: Generate reports on customer behavior, system performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Data quality: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the CRM system and other platforms.
