Job Summary

As an Impact Manager II, you will work across our organization on cross-functional initiatives that impact business process or technology applications, business readiness, integrations, and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Using strong process-identification and execution capabilities you’ll translate ambiguous or complex needs into clear, actionable plans.

  • Take the lead role in representing assigned division for assigned initiatives with other functional units across the business, ensuring the division’s interests and needs are known and appropriate solutions developed.

  • Lead or partner with project team members including Project Management, Change Management, Corporate Communications, and others to scope, plan, and execute business readiness activities. 

  • Provides post-implementation support to the department.

  • Design solutions and changes to current roles, processes, procedures, training, and systems. 

  • Engages cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop effective solutions for the division and its customers and moves continuous improvement initiatives forward from ideation to implementation.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • At least seven (7) years of progressive experience in a dynamic business environment with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic outcomes.

  • Experience with insurance, particularly within Employee Benefits, voluntary products, and/or medical lines of business.

  • Experience in organizational restructuring, with a strong understanding of how to navigate change and support business integration efforts.

  • Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate across teams, and deliver results in complex environments.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$85,750.00 - $125,750.00
