Identity Security Engineer (IAM/CIAM)

Job Description & Summary

 PwC Poland’s cybersecurity team is made up of 50 specialists. We not only help companies design cybersecurity strategies and monitoring or incident response processes, but we also support them in the implementation of specific security systems. We combine knowledge of business processes and present-day cyber threats with our consultants’ and engineers’ experience derived from the security audits, penetration testing and operational support services provided to SOC teams.   

 

We are looking for: 
 Identity Security Engineer (IAM / CIAM)   

 

 

Your future role: 

  • Participate in the delivery of identity and access management projects for clients across various industries, 
  • Design and implement IAM/CIAM solutions to improve security and efficiency of client environments, 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and prepare implementation materials, 
  • Work with IAM / CIAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, Microsoft, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta,, etc., 
  • Install, upgrade, configure and operate CIAM platforms, including troubleshooting, 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service. 

 

Apply if you have: 

  • Expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management and IAM / CIAM platforms, 
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with IAM / CIAM solutions (implementation or support), 
  • Good understanding of IAM/CIAM processes (onboarding, authentication, authorization, offboarding, consent management), 
  • Strong practical skills in IAM / CIAM operations and troubleshooting, 
  • Knowledge of IAM, CIAM & PAM ecosystem (standards, migration, operations), 
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles. 

 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with JAVA / JavaScript programming, 
  • IAM / CIAM platform integration experience, 
  • Certifications related to IAM/CIAM and cybersecurity, 
  • Familiarity with ISO27k or NIST standards.
