GTI Branch Technology is seeking for an Identity, Access & Infrastructure Administrator, to strengthen the team that is responsible for the infrastructure management processes.

Branch Technology (BT), as part of the Banks IT department, mainly provides first, second and third level production services to different clients and business lines across Deutsche Bank. In essence, it oversees all operational aspects of the Bank’s IT assets on both infrastructure and application side.

BT is looking for a Technology Services Specialist who will be joining the IT department and will cover Identity, Access & Infra Assets related tasks and responsibilities with various interfaces to other areas and topics.


The main focus is on the Infrastructure Technical Application Owner (ITAO) part aligned with the direction of a Senior ITAO. The ITAO is assigned to a set of Infrastructure Assets and associated Configuration Items and IT Services. Therefore, the ITAO assumes ownership for these assets and executes all tasks that are assigned to this role based on defined and approved rules and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Accept the ownership and responsibility of the assigned IT Assets and services within BT in Luxembourg.

  • Ensure, that policy-aligned IT Procedures with necessary specific controls are implemented for all your IT Assets.

  • Provide a stable, secure and robust network with leading edge design and innovative networking solutions focusing on internal users and external clients.

  • Identity and Access Management is a key discipline of information security aiming to allow access to the right data for the right persons at the right point in time.

  • Coordinate ITIL related process for your processes, such as Incident, Problem and Change management.

Skills:

  • Proven professional experience in related Identity, Access & Infrastructure administration processes.

  • Very good knowledge of server & database systems including MS Active Directory.

  • Good knowledge in the field of privileged access management systems (e.g. CyberArk, OneIdentity)

  • Track record of your ability to work collaboratively within a team, to maintain orderly workflows, prioritise skills, and to have a keen sense of urgency or importance of concurrent tasks.

  • Knowledge of Luxemburg regulations and experience in the financial sector is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university (or equivalent Diploma) is preferred and/or 3+ years professional experience in IT related areas.

  • Fluent in English and (written/verbal), German is considered as an advantage.

The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
