What you'll do as a Junior IAM professional 

💼 Kickstart your career in a future-proof industry: Learn the fundamentals of IAM, cybersecurity, and our company’s mission. 
🛠️ Gain hands-on experience with real-world challenges and tools in a thriving community of IAM professionals. 
🤝 Collaborate with experts and other IAM Career Kickstarter participants to solve complex problems. 
🌱 Develop your skills by learning from experts who are passionate about teaching and mentorship. Get practical training and benefit from close collaboration and teamwork. 
🚀 Grow quickly into a role that suits your strengths. 

Your first months: 

• In your first 2 weeks: get to know your new team and get more context around what you will be doing at SITS | Traxion.
• In the next 3-4 months: Get brought up-to-speed with the IAM world, get hands-on training for both hard skills and soft skills that are necessary to become successful in this field. Obtain the necessary certificates for your respective field and gain insight into your personal communication preferences and underlying drives in order to build on your development plan. Form a collaborative, supportive environment with the other kickstarters. At the same time, get situated and start developing within your team and start a deep dive into your new specialism.
• The next couple of months: Gain hands-on experience working at & with clients. Together with your buddy and the support of your colleagues you will rocket into becoming a specialist.
• After that: You are fully imbedded into your team and further develop yourself as a specialist within your field. Your professional goals act as a guideline for the steps in your development to ensure you can keep working towards your ambitions. 

 

Our Teams: 

Depending on your interests and strengths you will start in one of these teams: 

• Business Consultancy: As the first point of contact, you help clients plan and control who can access what in their organization. Through interviews and workshops, you’ll identify risks, understand their needs, and guide the setup of security systems with our tech team through process modelling and project management.
• IGA Technical Consultancy: Design and implement cutting-edge IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) solutions for our customers. In collaboration with business consultants, developers, and sales teams, you translate complex requirements into secure, efficient systems that protect our clients' data and ensure compliance.
• PAM or IGA Service Engineering: help organisations stay secure and compliant by keeping their IGA and/ or PAM/AM solutions running smoothly. You’ll resolve support tickets, assist with change handling, and grow into a role where you take ownership and drive improvements.  
• PAM Consulting: Drive essential security transformations by safeguarding sensitive data, preventing unauthorized access, and advising customers on future-proofing their security - from post-quantum readiness to automating certificates and key materials. 

 

The impact you'll have 

You will drive client satisfaction, solve challenging IAM projects, and influence key cybersecurity decisions in highly impactful fields such as the medical and governmental field. You’ll play a key role in securing digital identities, ensuring business continuity for (global) organizations across Europe. 

 
What we can offer you

• Fixed-term contract as part of our Kickstarter program, with intent for permanent contract.
• Position for 40 hours/week (32-36 hours can be discussed).
• Hybrid working options: 3–4 days/week at our Waardenburg office or client site and 1-2 days in the home office.
• A starting salary between €3000,- and €3350,- gross depending on your level of education and/or your experience.

What you'll bring to the team 

No prior IAM experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training— you bring enthusiasm and drive. 

• Experience: Recently graduated or in the early stages of your career and are curious about cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management and ensure all things are secure.  
• Skills: You enjoy thinking of solutions and thinking outside the box. You are a strong communicator, dedicated and love working in a team.
• Languages: Business proficient in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Education/certifications: You obtained a bachelor's degree in a relevant field including, but not limited to: Business IT & Management, Cybersecurity, Information technology, ICT.
• Availability: You're available fulltime (32 or 36 hours can be discussed).
• Driver's License: You have a valid EU driver's license or are in the process of obtaining one.
• Work Eligibility: You must already hold a valid working visa for and already live in the Netherlands / Belgium to qualify for this role.
