Position Overview:

The Human Resources Assistant will contribute to company performance by providing tactical and administrative support on people and organization development functions. Performs HR related duties at the administrative level while supporting the Talent Management team as well as various managers and employees.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintains HRIS and employment documentation and ensures all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Produces reports and analyze current trends (e.g. quarterly turnover, labor force availabilities, etc.) to determine appropriate actions needed that will support the business.
  • Responsible for Onboarding of new hires, including processing the hire in HRIS system, sending out welcome emails and providing instruction to new hires and managers in advance of first day new hire orientation.
  • Provide general administrative report for the HR team, including updating process documents, supporting cyclical HR programs, coordination of audits.
  • Engage regularly with team members and employees to support initiatives and troubleshoot inquiries
  • Serve as a resource for projects as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience in banking or HR role preferred
  • Customer service skills and experience is a plus
  • Intermediate computer skills

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.20 - $26.45, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
