What does a successful HubSpot System & RevOps Specialist do?

The HubSpot Systems & RevOps Specialist is the operational heartbeat of Pinch’s go-to-market engine. You'll own HubSpot end-to-end — from lead routing and lifecycle automation to reporting dashboards and user training. Your mission: make sure our CRM isn’t just running — it’s driving revenue.

This is a hands-on, high-trust role embedded within the Growth team but supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll design and maintain the systems that power inbound conversion, partner referrals, campaign attribution, and customer retention. If HubSpot touches it — you run it.

We’re looking for someone who wants to go deep: become the internal HubSpot expert, build powerful automations, and enable our revenue teams to scale faster with cleaner data, better workflows, and less friction.

What You’ll Do:

🧠 Be the HubSpot Brain

  • Own all CRM administration, workflows, lifecycle stages, properties, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain lead routing, automated nurturing, scoring models, and sales sequences.
  • Keep the system clean, efficient, and structured — ensuring data quality and user consistency.
  • Serve as the go-to internal expert for training, support, and new user onboarding.

📊 Drive GTM Reporting & Visibility

  • Build dashboards and reports to surface insights across sales, marketing, and CS.
  • Track KPIs like conversion rates, partner referrals, campaign ROI, and pipeline velocity.
  • Flag issues proactively (e.g. stuck deals, broken workflows, poor attribution).

🔄 Support Campaigns & Systems Execution

  • Set up HubSpot forms, CTAs, UTM tracking, email templates, and follow-up workflows.
  • Manage integrations with tools like Google Suite, Asana, Slack, and accounting platforms.
  • Assist with customer onboarding flows, success milestones, and renewal alerts.

🛠️ Standardise & Scale Revenue Operations

  • Document and enforce process standards across deal stages, lead handoffs, and tagging.
  • Collaborate with Growth Ops to continuously improve funnel speed and visibility.
  • Help design scalable systems to support our growth into new verticals and partner channels.

  • Every inbound lead flows correctly, with attribution and lifecycle tracking.
  • Sales and CS teams can trust the pipeline — clean, current, and automated.
  • Dashboards clearly show what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention.
  • Internal users ask you when they need something done in HubSpot.
  • The CRM runs like a product — fast, structured, and always improving.
