Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all Tier 1 activities in Workday across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Manage the ‘queue’ of cases coming through myHR from across EMEA to ensure the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for response times is met while distributing the cases to appropriate assigment groups.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for responding to Tier 1 queries submitted through myHR from across the EMEA region, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for resolution times are consistently met.

  • When necessary, escalate cases to Tier 2, either in Lithuania or in larger European countries (France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, UK) or work with the Tier 2 In Country resources for those countries to resolve question.

  • Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (COEs) and HRIT for specialized support and escalation of complex HR issues.

  • Provide local administration for various company-wide programs, such as service awards, performance management, and compensation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Maintain and ensure compliance of personnel files and documents, adhering to data protection regulations and company policies.

  • Collaborate with Payroll and other teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of HR-related information

  • Help to conduct and coordinate new-hire orientation in Lithuania as required

Educational background:

  • Minimum Diploma program or equivalent in business administration and human resources or other related area.

Work experience:

  • 1-2 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in human resources, preferably in HR administration and staffing function.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. A knowledge of any of the following languages would be an advantage: Lithuanian, French, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Romanian, Spanish, Turkish.

  • Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail

  • Ability to resolve employees’ issues quickly and efficiently

  • Ability to represent a positive and professional image;

  • Computer savvy with strong working knowledge of relevant software, e.g. Microsoft Office;

  • Knowledge of Service-Now and Workday systems would be a strong advantage.

Salary ranges:

2135.94 – 3051.37 EUR gross monthly
