$46.55 - $69.85
Major Responsibilities:
- Manager People Operations Programs lead teammates that support program projects, processes, and technical systems that enable and improve OT’s team performance outcomes.
- Support OT through budget, quality metrics (i.e., QA), and change, building an agile internal team.
- Results are achieved through effective allocation and delegation to cultivate the teams' ability to grow, develop, and produce best-in-class projects and systems, with a customer obsession mindset.
- Acts as a unifying partner with stakeholders (i.e., HR COE teams, OT team and leaders) to foster alignment and champion continuous excellence, while improving the experience of our internal and People & Culture teams.
- Foster transformation by leading people through change with empathy and clarity, turning uncertainty into action
- Consistently inspires innovative out-of-the box process thinking.
- Drives engagement and retention of teammates
- Support growth program at all levels to support effective succession planning.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in human resources, IT, business, or relevant, including 2-3 years leading people
- P&C functional area knowledge
- End-to-end working knowledge of employee lifecycle
- Knowledge of Workday and digital ecosystems capabilities
- Coaching & development practices
- Change Management navigation
