Job Summary:
The HR Generalist partners with employees and managers across IGS Energy’s emerging businesses to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that align with our strategic objectives. This pivotal role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and enhancing HR capabilities to support business needs. The HR Generalist collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Learning Team, and HR Operations to implement effective people strategies and initiatives. They will play a key role in supporting employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and driving action backed by data.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, working in partnership with managers to mediate and resolve conflicts between employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and programs that foster IGS Energy’s Best Place to Work culture of collaboration, innovation and fun
Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans and employee relations navigation
Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
Work alongside leader to develop talent strategies that impact employee succession, retention and performance
Develop strong rapport with individual contributors and manager level employees across IGS’s emerging business units
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
Partners and leads internal HR projects as needed

Minimum Education and Experience:
1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on employee relations
Experience supporting a remote customer group a plus
Knowledge of Federal, State and Local employment regulations
SPHR/PHR Certification is a plus

Salary Range:
$59,850.00 - $95,760.00*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
