HR Generalist – Central Eastern Europe
Location: Prague (Opatov Metro Station)
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
Working Hours: Standard office hours starting between 8:00–9:00, 8 hours of work plus lunch break (1 hour)

About the Role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Central Eastern Europe HR team based in Prague. This position offers a broad scope across several countries and provides an excellent opportunity to work in an international and fast-paced environment.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end HR administration for multiple countries, ensuring high-quality support to employees and managers. You will collaborate closely with the HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a great employee experience.
Your Responsibilities
New Hires Processing: Drafting employment contracts, coordinating onboarding activities, scheduling, and conducting onboarding sessions, and working with hiring managers to ensure a smooth start for new employees (Prague, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia).
Contract & Employment Changes: Preparing documentation for contract amendments, salary updates, and other employment changes using existing templates.
Recruitment Support: Acting as a recruiter for selected roles in the region.
Workday Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee data in Workday and updating internal HR guidelines and knowledge articles.
Reporting & Presentations: Preparing basic HR reports and presentations as needed.
Foreign Workers Management: Coordinating work permit administration and compliance for foreign employees.
Employee Engagement: Organizing and coordinating occasional employee events (e.g., Christmas, Easter, and other engagement activities).
Your Profile
2–3 years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist or HR Administrator.
Good knowledge of the Czech Labour Code and ability to answer basic employee and manager queries.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities across countries.
Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems is a plus.
