OVERVIEW:
The Human Resources Coordinator for the Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager of Human Resources function through a variety of systems and processes. The Coordinator ensures accuracy of data within HR reporting systems, supports procedures through the teammate employment lifecycle, and leads administrative support for all functions in the facility.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Functional Support
Prepare & review reports, ensuring accuracy and validating data integrity
Plan & execute employment record events in Workday, including but not limited to new hires, promotions, position changes, and terminations
Produce offer letters, non-compete agreements, and other employment-related documents
Complete exit interviews and conduct appropriate analysis to identify exit trends, make recommendations or escalate employee relations concerns as appropriate
Assist HRBP and Senior Manager of HR with performance management matters
Complete quality assurance audits to ensure effective meeting of SOP’s for HR process & procedures
Liaise with internal clients to provide ad hoc reporting as required
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Administrative Support
Prepare PowerPoint Presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, and Visio/Org Charts
Coordinate calendars, meeting agendas, materials/supplies, and business travel as needed
Compile & Submit expense reports & purchase requisitions through PeopleSoft Financial
Develop & maintain communication vehicles (i.e. SharePoint), ensuring content is updated and relevant
Conduct case information entry in various systems, including document scanning
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree in Human Resources or Business; relevant experience in lieu of degree considered
1-3 years of experience supporting and executing HR policies and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal & client consultation skills
Problem solving & troubleshooting capabilities
Process & procedure oriented
Strong detail orientation
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with Workday HCM is a plus
