Air Liquide Nordics is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our supportive and open HR team. This central role requires an HR professional with a passion for people and the ability to navigate the diverse Nordic environment (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland). You will act as a point of contact for the business across these countries for all major HR topics, ensuring the effective deployment of our HR strategy.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the trusted HR partner, collaborating closely with the business and their managers.
Drive the deployment of the HR strategy across the Nordics.
Manage labor relations and collaborate/negotiate with trade unions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall Business Strategy.
Facilitate business transformation and changes within the organization, while ensuring legal compliance.
Enhance employee experience through talent development, leadership coaching, performance management and engagement initiatives.
Plan and execute the annual HR cycle activities, including offering coaching on change management, diversity & inclusion, people management and supporting well-being and collaboration initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
University degree or similar qualification.
At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and people management.
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
Experience working with Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, and/or Finnish labor law.
Proven experience in collaboration and negotiations with trade unions.
Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
Good to Have:
Experience working with Workday and/or other HR systems.
Experience with change management.
Digital knowledge and interest in data management, digitalization and AI.
Strong adaptability in changing international environments.
High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for working with HR topics.
