We have two permanent full-time People, Learning and Culture Business Partner opportunities available, responsible for providing people leaders and employees with high quality, responsive and professional human resource consultancy services and advice.
By partnering with the business in a client group framework, the position is pivotal to creating a high-performance culture through workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, and supporting workforce initiatives, with a strong focus on change management.

What you’ll bring
It takes a special kind of person to work in health services.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
Previous generalist or HR Business Partnering experience, paired with experience in the management and resolution of employee relations in a highly industrial sector is required
You will also possess a Tertiary degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience within the Health Service industry would be highly advantageous
Highly developed skills in change management strategies.
Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders and drive cultural change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate risks
Ability to provide specialist HR advice and reporting insights.
Ability to effectively interpret information from a wide variety of sources and develop suitable procedures or actions to deliver outcomes to support client group
Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve quickly.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current Police Record Check.
A current Working with Children Check.
