We are looking for a proactive and analytical HR Business Analyst to join our team and drive strategic HR initiatives through data-driven insights and process optimization. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing operational efficiency, elevating the employee experience, and ensuring compliance by transforming data into actionable intelligence and maintaining high-quality documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Create, maintain, and update HR work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and clarity in HR processes.
Collaborate with process owners to document workflows and ensure SOPs reflect current practices.
Document process mapping and facilitate structured knowledge transfer sessions
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and business partners.
Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes and systems, including Workday and other HR platforms.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or business analysis.
Familiarity with global HR processes and compliance requirements.
Experience with Workday reporting and case management
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
Experience in writing and maintaining SOPs and process documentation.
